    Hi,

I’m running WP 4.7 and geodirectory 1.6.15 with directory starter theme.

When I go to Geodirectory>Import & Export>GD Listings: Import CSV and click on the button “Select & Upload CSV” nothing happens; is there a problem with this function on the new version? I was expecting a file browser to pop up so that I can select the csv from media or upload a file from my desktop?

Downloading a sample CSV works OK as does Exporting places or categories to a CSV.

I have checked the support forum but doesn’t appear to be an issue logged or is it just a problem for me?? The following plugins are installed: Akismet, Contact Form 7, Geodirectory & ManageWP – Worker.

    Many Thanks for your assistance.

I think that is just a problem for you, my test site is working fine.
Can you please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can review your settings. Thanks

Ok thanks for looking at this, it seems to be a problem with Microsoft Edge browser; needless to say I will not be using that browser any longer.

    Worked first time in Chrome.

Many thanks for your prompt support

    Hi Again,

I keep getting this error when importing my file:

    Total 3 item(s) found.
3 / 3 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).

So to test it I decided to download the sample file and re-import it without opening it – I get the same error?

Any idea what is causing this?

    Thanks

The sample file is to show you what content to add, the content needs to fit your website.
So in your case, the locations have to match your default location, so I guess that is the issue without seeing your CSV. Attach it here if you like.
