Gd-Login page blank?

not sure what to do or what went wrong, but the page is compeltely blank?

register works find, login, blank; tried to isntall the WP users, that didn’t fix it

GD-Login is a V1 page.
V2 uses the login page set in UsersWP or uses the WP login pages.
Delete the old links to GD-Login and set up UsersWP.
Then you will find the new Login links for your main menu in Appearance > Menus.
