GD map widget shows "No records found"

    Hello dear support,

    We have done some customization of the GD Detail page template (the page where you see all information related to a specific place/shop in my case). Everything went well except that we have an issue with the GD map widget.
    The GD map widget shows the place location when the place was created before the customization.
    The GD map widget shows the place location when the place is created after the customization.
    But, when I change infomation of an existing place (existing before the cusomization) and whatever it is (like social link, description, or business hours …), the GD map widget says “No records found”.

    Could you support ?

    Hi Nicolas,

    There was duplicate cities with regions “Bourgogne Franche-Comté” & “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté”.

    I tried to add listing and it adds “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté” as a region. I have replaced “Bourgogne Franche-Comté” to “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté”. Now map is working fine.

    Hello Kiran, thank you for your support. It is working properly, I just checked.

    It could be that I would need to do that trick again for other places.

    Could you explain step-by-step the process you follow to make it work ?

    – Listings > updated region from “Bourgogne Franche-Comté” to “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté”
    – Locations > updated region from “Bourgogne Franche-Comté” to “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté”
    – Merge duplicate cities from Locations > Cities.

    If you find issue just let us know.
