GD Search & Map

    We are using Supreme Directory 2, and have set up a page using the GD Search Widget and the GD Map. How can we tie these together?

    For example, if someone uses the Search widget – you are taken to Search page that has Listings on the Left and a Map on the right – in the center is a icon that allows you to make the map larger or smaller.

    We want the user to use the Search Widget,choose their search criteria, and have those results appear on the map above the Search widget – instead of taking the user off the page to another page.

    On the search page the map and the gd_loop element are tied together if the map is an archive type map, so the map will automatically show what is in the list.

    There is only one search page, so, if you are trying to make another, where the results will show on that page instead of the search page, that won’t be possible without your own customization.
