GD Search Widget for Location Not Functioning

All plugins updated to current. Strange search results (or none).

Front End – GD Search Widget not returning proper results based on second box, location search. Country, city not consistent? Not returning the number of places that exist in those geo. City is inconsistent return.

On secondary search result page, refining search brings up different countries.

Back End – Places>List Search box, Returns about 1/2 amount of Place with geo location country input. City is inconsistent return.
Strange search results, sometimes nothing,

Looking at map and knowing how many Places we have, results are sketchy and this pretty much kills a geo search capability.
