GD signup page lost Avada formatting

    Hello!

    Could you please advise why does all Avada theme formatting (header&footer) go away when unregistered user tries to open the register/login page at mysite.com/?geodir_signup=true&page1=sign_up ?

    Avada Version 3.8.3
    Fusion Core by ThemeFusion – 1.7.2
    GeoDirectory by GeoDirectory – 1.4.5
    GeoDirectory Custom Post Types by GeoDirectory – 1.1.5
    GeoDirectory Location Manager by GeoDirectory – 1.3.3

    Hi,

    is Avada selected in GeoTheme > Compatibility?

    Did you remove the header.php previously required in the avada child theme as instructed here:

    http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/avada-compatibility-header-php/ ?

    If the answer is yes to both question, please provide url and wp admin credentials and we will have a look.

    Hello,

    The GD login/register page uses the site homepage, you have a custom homepage where you have removed the header/footer, i would consider changing homepage or using an alternative login system, you can find details in our docs about changing login url’s to your new system.
