I initially searched ” Blacknight how to change permissions” and it leads me to this page: https://help.blacknight.com/hc/en-us/articles/212523589-Changing-permissions-of-files-or-folders

So I just anticipated that their response would involve me transferring to Linux Platform

Should I not have done this? hmmm …

    Hi Shane,

How you host is up to you, and your host is the one to talk to about why the files cannot execute.

One thing you might not have tried is to re-upload Supreme Directory to your site, a fresh copy. Try enabling a theme like twentynineteen, then delete supreme. Then upload a fresh copy.

So, they have moved my hosting to a linux platform and now the search function seems to be working again which is great!

But the problem still is that the links to pages on my nav bar ( http://www.brazilianjiujitsu.ie) “clubs” “blog” and “add your club” are showing a ‘Not found’ page. How do I go about resolving this?

Also on another point, when I do use the search function I notice that the url contains /index.php/ in the url, is this bad ? i.e. for SEO results ? (https://brazilianjiujitsu.ie/index.php/search/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=)

Thanks for all of your help!
    Shane.
