GD v2 update issues

    Hello
    I am trying to update my GD and associated GD plugins to the v2. I deactivated all the GD addons. I upgraded GD core to v2. Now i can not get my GD addons to upgrade. Need a bit of help. Do I need to downgrade back to GD core v1., upgrade all the addons to v2 but keep them deactivated and then upgrade GD core to v2 and try again? Also is it saying “Automatic upgrade is unavailable for this plugin” for all the GD addon plugins. I have attached a Word document with an image of the message i am receiving.

    In order to upgrade to GD core v2 I had to delete all the v1 GD addons, download and install all the v2 addons. Upgrade GD core to v2 and then let the core application complete the addon activation. Then let the core app run through its cycles to complete the total install. still need help with the Search page warning. It says Buddypress hijacks the slug ‘search’, GD search will not work until you update the GD search page to something different. Can you tell me what i am to do here?

    Also several of the GD addons appear to have new versions but will not let me upgrade due to some licensing issue. Can you help with that also?

    Hi George,

    Thanks for your post. Please make sure that you’ve activated the license keys on the outdated addons. Or try deactivating and activating it and see if it fixes it. If you want us to check your Website backend. Kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check on it.

    It looks like WP Easy Updates license option is not available for addons.

    Please share FTP so the developers can debug the issue.

    Hi George,

    One of plugin overwrites the plugins data and GD plugins looses input to insert licence key.

    To fix this problem, i have applied solution provided here #408316.

    Please check and let us know.
