    Hi,

I´m using gd_post_images shortcode to display a single image on gd_place CTP.
When there are no image for a post then this spot should not display at all.
But I also have the Logo field activated for gd_place and discovered that this will display as “fallback” when no image is uploaded in the image field.

I tried including show_logo=”0″ but it does not work, is there another way to stop logo from acting as “fallback” image ?

    Thanks!

    Hi anders,

Thanks for your post. Could you try inserting a transparent image as a fallback image and see if it’s what you’re looking for?

    Hi Kor,

I’m not sure I understand how you mean
…to clarify, now when a user use the logo field but leave out the image field.
then the logo will display as fallback for the image field (which I don´t want since I’m already displaying the logo in the sidebar).

Documentation describes how to enable logo fallback with show_logo=”1″
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/design-elements/
But I´m looking for a way to disable this, should not show_logo=”0″ work?

    Thanks!

    Hi Anders,

Thanks for your reply. Could you share an example listing along with your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that I could check further?

    Hello,

sorry for the confusion, show_logo=1 is deprecated and will be removed from the options.

The way to NOT show the logo is to either choose another fallback type image or set fallback types = 0

You can do that in the shortcode builder or block or widget.

    Thank you Alex,

    Setting fallback_types=”0″ did the trick!
