GDv2 Upgrade - Listings Not Expiring

Hi guys,

Live site upgraded to GD2 a week ago. First expiry last night did not happen… for a customer with multiple paid listings. As you can see from the attached they went “1 day overdue” but still at “published”.

Check I have the setting to expire on.

I manually set the listings to DRAFT but would be great to know why this is happening and fix it going fwd.

Was the listing created with a recurring payment through a gateway?

No – it was just an annual one on a paid package – non recurring. Been on the site (as GDv1) for years
