Genesis Framework Installed, Bold Child Theme Still Not Working

    I have purchased the Genesis Framework, installed and activated it. It appears to be functional. See attachment.

    I have attempted (repeatedly) to install the Geo-Bold Child Theme, but I continue to get the error message:

    “The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, genesis, before you can use this child theme.”

    I have seen multiple help requests on this subject, but the threads all seem to end with “Buy the Genesis Framework”. I have done this, but the Geo-Bold child theme still won’t install.

    Any help is appreciated…
