    Hi,

I recently installed s2member and did a little bit of learning about it.. but still trying to figure out how it works. since you guys recommended s2 as the membership plugin.. i assume you guys are more familiar with the integration etc .. I have a few questions about it

    1. gd-login and s2-login(I’m not sure yet if s2 has its own login) which login would you prefer.

    2. lets say that i was able to register thru s2 as a paid member, will i be able to add ‘links’ e.g ‘add listing’, ‘view listing’ inside ‘s2 welcome page’?

    3. i got 3 membership levels in s2, is it possible to set some sort of restriction in listings?

    e.g

level 1 – should only have Profile and 1 logo
level 2 – can have additional tab like reviews
level 3 – can have all tabs like profile, reviews, maps etc..

let me know if they are doable without hardcore-php coding

    thank you!

    1. S2 uses its own login

    2. Registration as a member and pages are independent.
S2 can be used to restrict access to pages, so you can restrict access to any page you like.

    3. Yes, you can restrict access to pages.
but what you describe is better achieved with GD price packages, using the Payment Manager.

    Thanks

    1. So i will use s2 login

    2. lets say that i was able to register thru s2 as a paid member, will i be able to add ‘links’ e.g ‘add listing’, ‘view listing’ inside ‘s2 welcome page’?

    3. Sorry i got confused with this one, what i would like is users to pay via registration process through s2 and once they are member, is it possible to remove or restrict some “tabs” http://prntscr.com/ec9sfr on each membership level?

    thank you

    2. I think you can add any content to S2member’s welcome page, that would be a question for S2member or just try.

    3. I guess that you want to prevent some members from adding certain content to their listings. You can do that by creating GD price packages but restrict access to the different submission pages depending on member level.
