GeoDirectory Categories List Disappears

    Could someone help please? I have GeoDirectory installed on my site and I have got the gd_categories shortcode on the left hand site of my directory page (it’s currently in an accordion element but this happens in other instances as well). When I click one of the categories, it filters correctly but the gd_categories shortcode disappears – check attached images to see what I mean.

    I’m running the latest versions of WordPress, GeoDirectory and Elementor Pro.

    It looks like you have the widgets setup to show in the pages sidebar.

    Setup identical widgets and set them to show on the Archive/Listings pages.

    Try that and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Alex

    Sorry, I’m not quite sure what you mean by this? If you mean the widget section, I’ve removed this from the page sidebar but the same thing is happening.

    I’ve got identical columns on my Directory page and also my categories template.

    I’m at a bit of a loss.

    I cant see the issue?
    It seems category loading for me on that page.

    Please confirm if I missed anything or it is fixed already.

    Hi Naveen

    Thanks but it’s definitely not fixed. GD_Categories appears on the page fine however as soon as you click on one of the Categories, the categories loads fine but the GD_Categories widget disappears in the accordion.

    I can’t seem to fix it!
