Really love this plugin. However, I have an issue. When logged in, clicking on the add listing and my listings in the dashboard dont display well. They show two crosses and a small circle instead of the regular search box for typing. I use enfold. Please what can I do. Image attached. Thank you.

Hi, that seems to be just a styling issue.
Have a look at this article to see if you can solve it yourself:
    http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-your-style/
Otherwise you will have to post your URL and preferably your WP admin details as well, so we can have a look for ourselves. We cannot debug images.

From the support policy at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/:

We guarantee an answer within 24 hours to all Support Topic Monday to Friday and within 48 hours during weekends. This doesn’t mean all solutions will be provided within 24 or 48 hrs. For more advanced or technical queries it may as well take longer.

I cannot see any problem. Where do you see that error? Have you cleared all caches?

thanks for the reply. I am surprised it seems fine on your end. cleared all caches and images but problem still persists both on the add listing and my listings as described in previous images. could it be my system.

I looked in Chrome and Firefox and cannot see any problems.
All I can think of is something that is being hard cached.
It might have something to do with your host too.

    HI,

I don’ìt see any error as well. What browser are you using?

I’ve tried with both Firefox and Chrome.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I used opera, safari and chrome on a mac. Error keeps reappearing. The text box isn’t plain. Contains the x’s and o.

I’ll alert our Mac user to have a look then.
