    When I open my website with my cell phone, it shows only half screen first and then it will show to full screen in the few second.

    How can i make it full screen from the start ?

    You can use WP Super Cache, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/wp-super-cache/
    But I think your issue is related to a slow connection on your mobile, it works fine on my mobile.
