    Hi I’ve just downloaded and installed the premium version of GD with most of the plugins and the supreme directory is currently active. I’ve managed to add places to the CSV file. When I made changes and imported the file again with those changes I selected to ignore same post IDs. I did add new entries with a new ID but it added the place anyway. My biggest issue is now I have over 1000 places and in GD – places I can only select 20 items at a time to move to trash. Also how can I make sure this doesn’t happen again when my database gets larger? Thank you

    To delete the ones you do not want, your best and easiest option is to change the “Number of items per page:” in the “Screen Options” to let’s say 200, and then you only have to delete 5 times. Some servers cannot cope with 200 at the time, so try 100 then.

    I am not sure I understand correctly what settings you used when importing.
    If you wanted to make changes to existing listings, you should have chosen to “Update listing if post with post_id already exists.”
    If you changed post_id, then a new listing will be created always.

    Thank you so much! I’m still very new to wordpress and even newer to GD. That was highly helpful. I was using the same CSV file to make changes before uploading. I didn’t change the post_ID so that’s why I was surprised that it didn’t ignore them.
