geodirectory plugin error

    Hi,

    I installed wordpress, upload theme “directory starter” and activated.
    upload “geodirectory” plugin.
    I tried to activate this plugin but I can’t.

    It says as below.
    “Not Found
    This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”

    how can I solve this, what is wrong ?
