Geodirectory Themes Load White Pages When Not Logged in

    I have searched the forums as much as I can and I have tried deactivating and reloading everything. Here is where I am at. (Also your support is amazing, thanks in advance!)

    When I am logged in everything works great and the site is working fine. However, when I log out (wifi or other network) all geodirectory based themes load a white page on all browsers?

    I am using Modern as a child.

    Any help would be amazing at this point. Thank you.
