Geodirectory uploading many versions of the same image?

Hi, I was told by my webhost that my website is taking up too much space on their servers, so I was looking for what is taking up so much room and ways to reduce it.

Looking at my media library, I noticed right away that Geodirectory seems to be uploading multiple versions of the same image for all listings. This happens for both event and place listings.

See the attached image of my media library for an example. The image was uploaded for a single event, but the image appears in the media library nine times.

Any idea why this is happening or is there any way to change this?
