Geography Regions

    So i have a conundrum; Geodirectory already uses the term Regions -which I understand why because the term ‘state’ or ‘province’ are not universal.

    However, I need a way to group countries into global regions, (such as Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, North America etc…)

    This needs to be a way to search on the front-end. Users could select a region and then all the countries in this region list along with all the other listings and content that belong to it.

    What is the best way of going about this? Tags? Categories etc?
