Geolocate returns zero results

    Hello
    The geolocate feature seems to only work for us if a user is logged in. When a user is not logged in it returns zero results. Using the same mobile device we can login as a subscriber and the correct locations will be returned in geolocate results. We tried it on different devices, both mobile and desktop with same problem. Also we noticed that on Iphone and ipad when a user accepts to be geolocated the page keeps refreshing itself and never stops.
    Any thoughts?
