Geolocation Features

I apologize for posting this here instead of the public forum. I only want GD members and subscribers to see it.

These directory sites have geolocation features that GD can probably use as reference:

The first time a user visits restaurant please, a map marker where the user is located shows up. Then the user can make a category search (keywords optional) with a distance radius slider that is visible on the search bar. Search results on the map quickly bubbles up when you mouse over each map icon.

Another popular directory with geolocation is http://www.weedmaps.com

I think GD should have weedmaps features.

At We Hire Agents, users can further customize their search at the search results page sidebar.

With GD, my main page map and geolocation takes time to load. I am using a good hosting company and my site is still empty. I hope load time doesn’t get worse when I get lots of listings.
