GeoTheme to GeoDirectory Conversion

    Hello,
    I am in the process of converting my GeoTheme to a GeoDirectory. I followed the tutorial and have 2 databases, mysite.com and mysite.com/GD.
    I am in the process of rebuilding my Uber Mega Menu but thought of a question.

    When I reverse #5 in the tutorial, “change the “siteurl” and “home” values to the new url in your DB wp_options table” will all the url’s in my menu change as well ?

    ie: will mysite.com/GD/places/restaurants/ change to mysite.com/places/restaurants/
    when I reverse the process.

    Ok, so I rebuilt my menu, and fixed up some other things and it is looking not bad. I tried to change the database back to mysite.com from mysite.com/GD/ but it didn’t work.

    I got what looks like the old GeoTheme that’s not hooked up to the css.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    When u change the url in the DB u also need to move the old GT files to somewhere else /GT/ then copy the /GD/ files to the root.

    You can then use soemthign like https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/
    To check for any old urls /GD/ and make sure they are going to the root.

    I figured out how to copy the GD files to the root and I deleted the GD database but now I don’t have a wp-admin page. When I enter mysite.com/wp-admin/ the home page displays.

    Can someone please take a look for me ?

    It’s back now. Dunno what happened ?

    New question.

    My add listings page doesn’t have a field to add images. How do I go about putting one there ?
    I looked on the GeoDirectory > Add Place page but didn’t see an option to do it.
