Hi all, getting an error when trying to add a price package, it ends in this ‘class-geodir-pricing-settings-cpt-package.php on line 108’

Unfortunately I can’t give you access as it’s being built locally, it’s a completely fresh install though. For some reason it’s not creating the wp_geo_price table either.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your post. Could you please check and see if you have the correct version of the addon installed? Also, please make sure everything is updated by comparing the versions here https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/ (Just incase wpeasyupdates are not working). If all doesn’t help, upload your site to a staging URL and we’ll troubleshoot this further for you.

Unfortunately it’s all up to date, I’ll get on uploading it shortly and will get back to you when it’s finished (it’s got a massive uploads folder)

    Hello,

please license the addons and make any updates that might be needed.

Then check again to see if the error persist.

When I login and check I can see the page refresh on submitting a new package and then a blank backend page.

If it does persist, then please write back with FTP so we can debug.

Unfortunately after adding the license’s and checking for updates (none required) the issue still persists.

The same is happening as you mentioned.

    FTP Credentials incoming.

    Thanks Alex,
    Mark
