Google analytics data not working anymore

    Hi

    Something strange is happening with our google analytics data. We had it all set up and everything was working. Now checking it again, to discover that no data have been registered since feb 17.
    I did not change anything in the dashboard > geodirectory > settings > google analytics.
    Neither did I make important changes in the system, did not install new plugins etc.

    Hello,

    In the settings, make sure you have chosen to show analytics to users, if that is what you are looking to do.

    GeoDirectory – Settings – Google Analytics tab – Show business owner?

    You can also reauhtorize the settings there to make sure your account is connected.

    Have you installed another GA plugin?

    Hi Alex

    I re-authorized, dont have any other GA plugin installed only Geodirectory.

    Still does not show anything and it should at least show activity from admins and some users/members

    GA widget had not been added to the Detail page.

    Am kind of confused right now.
    I was not even thinking yet about google analytics showing to owners of listings.

    The problem I reported was about our general analytics including ALL pages of the website. Which recoreded, showed and worked well until feb 17 and after that did not record any visit at all anymore. (see printsreen attached earlier)

    Do I understand it well that we need another plugin for that? and is your plugin and analytics widget only for the listings = owners of listings data?

    GD is showing a google analytics scripts on the site, and is connecting to a GA account, the one you have selcted in the GD settings, and displaying real data from that account.
    That means it is communicating with GA.
    Perhaps it is connected to a different project (now, before)?
