I think this is a known error, but I try since more than 4 days to establish google APIs for Geo Directory. Domain: https://mein-netzwerk.de
I use Google Cloud Console and Google Maps developer Console for a long time for geneating default maps, billing information is set porperly, pronounced as ok and with no limit.
I tried estimated 10 times to establish the API KEys and did as you mentioned in your documentation. I deleted it , I delete projects and created new, I tried all possibilities more than 23 times, I waited a day or some hours between changing and testing.
But I always get the message “Geo Coding was not successfull: REQUEST_DENIED” . The first API Google “Maps JavaScript API” is restricted to domain *.mydomain.com/* , the GeoCoding – API is without restriction at the moment.
It doesn´t work…and I assume Open Street Map will not work in a better way?
Maybe you can give me advice,
