Last night I transferred the site from godaddy to siteground, and everything was working fine with the directory. I just made a small change to one of my tempaltes (adjusted the width of a section), saved and refreshed, and now my maps have stopped loading – and I now get “no records found”

The API I’m using has no restrictions, either on application or API. I have not changed anything with the API.

Using the Chrome Extension ‘Google Maps API checker’ I get a green light saying everything is functioning correctly.

Are you able to take a look and point in the direction of what might have stopped working? thanks so much

the site was not secure before, and still is not. I don’t think anything has changed in that respect.

    thank you fo your help.

Hi, I don’t know if this is related, but I’m still getting an error of “Do you own this website? when I open pages from the directory on Safari on my mobile. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with Chrome.

    Example: http://www.iliveinbookham.com/businesses/blakes-of-bookham/

I have added the domains to the google console, and the webhook thing is set up correctly I think. Any ideas what might be causing his irregular behaviour?

    Thanks.

    Hi mu71rd,

generally such error occure typically indicates issues with either an API key or billing.
you can debug it following these steps mentioned here.

    Thanks

thanks. I have tracked down the problem to an optimizing plugin defering java scripts. thank you for your help.
