I installed Google Maps when I set up V2 but it’s not working. I have a credit card on file but it still says something’s wrong. I can’t figure out what but I’m sure it’s something simple.

I also can’t find where to set my home location anymore. When I installed and activated GD, its set up wizard asked me to set a home location. I’ve searched up, down, forward and back and I can’t find where it is in the dashboard and settings.

I’ll send login info in a private email.

    Any help appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Steve

Once the Location Manager has been installed, you can choose from any of the locations on your site as your default. Use the setting at:

GeoDirectory – Locations – Cities – Select default (in the column in the table)

As far as the Maps are concerned, I am seeing a “No records found” error on the detail page, but the console is not declaring any errors are present.

I will have to flag this for the developers because I don’t see any obvious reason for the error. Thanks for your patience while we look into the problem.

    Hi Steve,

There is something very wrong, can you please provide FTP details and i’ll have a look.
Can you also confirm if you are trying to make these locationless or if they should have locations?

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
