Gravatar Redirection Issue

    Hi there,

    I am facing a problem. All reviewers who have not uploaded their profile image is being redirected by geodirectoty to 1wp. Please see the attached ss.

    How can I store a Avatar locally and tell geodirectory to use that instead.

    I am using Geo Travel

    It may be WPforo related? But may be just WordPress.

    I have tried disabling WP foro and changing the to other genesis themes too.

    Hi Himadri,

    Just checked the screenshot that you’ve shared and it looks like those redirections came from Jetpack Photon Module. Have you been using it? Here is more information about it https://jetpack.com/support/photon/ . Try clearing your browser cache and see if it helps.

    Sorry, I have never installed jetpack/photon. I have seeing this since I have switched theme from supreme directory. I have tried disabling all caching plugins and clearing cache

    I’ve just inspected the avatar images and I’m not seeing the i1.wp.com links. Which URL page? Also, which tool are you using to check on your Website?

    Please go to any listing detail page. As latest review widget are added there in sidebar.

    example https://ehospital.in/hospitals/delhi/new-delhi/holy-family-hospital/

    I have used gtmetrix and tools.pingdom. Both shows same error to minimize redirects

    Hi Himadri,

    I looked and found that avatar getting redirection to i1.wp.com/ehospital.in/xxxx . Did you tried with different theme?

    I have checked with same avatar setting on my test site but it not happening there. Let us provide FTP credentials so we can look into more.
