great plugin but got 3 problems

    Hi .. I installed your plugin after a long search .. and so far I can say it’s the best on the market for business directories.. 3 problems problems though that makes it hard for me to convince my client to buy the plugin for extra functionality while the basic ones are still not working .. will list it here if u need to split the post let me know and i’ll list them in 3 different entries

    1- Map on home page works fine .. but on listing page map section or side bar it say listing (no records found – Sorry, no record were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again ) .. I tried all the advice on this forum like adjusting the permalink and installing the dummy data .. installed it on fresh wordpress installation .. same issue .. help ?

    2- Can the user change their password after login without getting the WP admin area ?

    3- I’m working with Beaver Builder plugin and when I add the map plugin into widget area it just freeze the whole page .. and it prevent me from editing the page again .. had to delete it and start again .. does Geodirectory support the use of page builders and use the widget plugins freely ?

    1. We d need to see a URL etc, but it means exactly what it says: It cannot find any listings that match your criteria. But it can also be something else, so let’s have a look if you post your admin and URL details in a private message.

    2. No, but they can if you install some plugin like “mytheme login”, buddypress, etc.

    3. Not to sure about Beaver Builder, but most likely you can use it for any other page than your GD pages. Most GD widgets can be added to any widget area that is available. Not to sure I understand you correctly, for example what is the “map plugin”? Is that Beaver specific?

    1- Sent u the details ..
    2- Thank you for the help .. looking into the mytheme login plugin now
    3- I mean the GD Gmap home page or listing page widgets .. if I insert them using page builder into the design the whole page become unacceptable because the map keeps on loading but it get hanged somewhere on the line

    You need to set your permalinks to postname > Done

    I changed the percentages of your listings page, you did not live room for the padding between the columns.

    Was busy fixing things so I did not see your earlier reply.
    To add widgets to GD pages, go to Appearance > Widgets.
    Sorry, but I am not familiar with page builders; can you describe the steps you would take?

    Thank you for the great help! .. i’m differently keeping your effective customer support in mind when I recommend your plugin to my clients .

    For the page builder issue i’m re installing it now and will make some testing .. I believe the problem might be related to the permalink issue as well .. will test it a bit and will come back for more help if I need it : )
