Grey area instead of the map in Firefox

    I’ve got the latest version of GD. I keep getting this issue where the map area loads, and the map icons load, but the map itself does not load. Instead it’s just a grey area. I thought I found an older fix for this. “Turn off content blocking for this site”. Which I tried. But the issue is persisting. The problem does not show in Chrome. I wonder if it’s my particular Firefox settings, or Firefox in general.

    I wonder if you can reproduce the issue on your end, in Firefox. And if so, give some ideas about what might be going on?

    Hi Emily,

    Thanks for your post. I don’t see any issues as shown in the attached screenshot on FF. Maybe you can try clearing your FF browser cache?
