GT 2 GD conversion

The GT conversion has been done per your tutorial and it went smoothly. However, once click on the last step ” Start Gt to GD conversion” button, after 30min, nothing is moving. Other words, the command can not be executed. We’re trying to run the conversion on the sub-domain. Geo theme -disabled. Geo directory and all plugins -installed. Some plugins-disabled. Please advise. Thank you
