GT to GD Place Listings Now Non-Featured

    Hi,

    We finally completed our migration over to GeoDirectory from GeoTheme and have a few merchants that have decided to downgrade their listing from Featured to Non-featured.

    However, when we look at our site, they still show up as Featured. How can we downgrade their listings for certain?

    Here is one in particular that should be non-featured but is still showing up as Featured: http://www.shoprva.com/places/all/northside/henrico/restaurants/joeys-hot-dogs/

    Please explain.

    hi,

    edit the listing and set no in the option : is featured.

    Make sure the price is changed accordingly. It is possible that this didn’t happen automatically because their featured listing expiration date hasn’t passed yet.

    Hi Paolo,

    I had to uncheck the Featured checkbox in the backend admin side of their listing to make it non-featured. That worked.
