Header dimension height

    Hi guys,
    I want to reduce the header height dimension above and below logo to look like it when I used the previous basic child theme.
    Now for site I used the Modern and cannot find the header size to reduce the height. see new site image attached for NetworkerInternational compared with previous site BusinessFinder
    Installs are all current, WP and all plugins
