    Hi Jennifer,

    I can see the issue on archive pages but listing details page are working fine.

    but the FTP details are not working so unable to check the cause.

    Hi Overkamp,

    There is a wrong settings for “WordPress Address (URL)” & “Site Address (URL)” at WordPress Admin > Settings > General.
    “WordPress Address (URL)” contains http:// but “Site Address (URL)” contains “https://”.

    Please change “WordPress Address (URL)” to “https://” and let us know how it goes.
