I really need help on this one before I lose a paying listing owner again.

His listing went to draft status after paying through paypal. I thought this issue has been resolved.

He should get a 1 year free trial as well. I noticed invoice shows Unpaid. Is this probably the reason why?

I am not sure because he emailed me and thanked me for the free trial but the invoice shows unpaid. What should I do?
