    Hi,

I’m confused about the navigation menu.

I have my permalinks set correctly (I think – see attached image). When I set the navigation to my main menu, either full screen or top navigation), my menu changes from the attached image “preferred menu” to the attached image “rubbish menu”.

My menu structure is also attached.

I’m using WordPress 4.5.2 running Bridge theme with Version 1.6.2 of geodirectory

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

We’ll need your URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings. Thanks.

This is a post about navigation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation

You had the start page of the directory set incorrect.

And selected the wrong menu at GD > design > navigation.

    Please check now.

    Read this again: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#home

If you want a WP page as the homepage of your website, you need to set both GD Home and Location in GD permalinks to the location page. I fixed it again.

I also create a register page for your buddypress and corrected your buddypress and GD integration settings.

    Guust,

Apologies for not getting back to you – my internet connection over the last week has been horrendous. On the plus side, my internet provider has agreed to give me fibre at no extra cost for the remainder of my contract 🙂

Thank you for your help – I think I am almost there with this 🙂

    Great job and great plugin
