help with social importer setup

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When I add place I do not see the importer button
    I have tried placing both the yelp client id & api key in the importer app id

    for the consumer key & token I have used the api key

    used client secret for all three importer secrets

    where have I gone wrong??
