Hiding a Place Category

    Hi – I’d like to remove/hide a place category which I have a number of listings for but don’t want to delete them as I may like to add them back on later, is there a way to do this please? (I know you can hide it from the map but they can still appear on a search).

    Just set them to draft or stick them in the trash. You can always restore later.
    They will not show in search results (unless you are an admin I think).

    Hi,

    categories can’t be set as draft.

    Guust in this case was suggesting the user to set the listings as draft as he was requesting to hide the listings of a category without deleting all listings.

    Catgeories can only exclude them via prices. Just don’t make them available in any price and no users will be able to assign them.
