We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    When I go to my website, guests are shifted to the Organizations page after 5 seconds. i need guests to first orient to the website and allow users to navigate to the Org page. Seemingly automated at this moment.

    Hi,

    maybe you mean without the www ?

    When I land on the home page I see a prompt for geolocation.

    Did you click on that?

    You can find those settings at

    GeoDirectory – Advanced Search – REDIRECT SETTINGS ON FIRST TIME LOAD

    I set it to no redirection, try it and see if that’s what you want or adjust it to your liking.
