We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Home page top widget section just stopped working. Have checked settings and all seems ok. Will pm address and login details would you be able to take a look at it for me. Cheers Andy

    FTP is not connecting correct for me, it seems to connect but does not list any folders, can you double check everything and test please.

    Just checked again using the second lot of details I sent private, using ip address

    All worked fine and folders showing up fine , maybe you hadn’t seen second PM

    I seen the second post and was trying those details, i still can’t connect propperly, it connects but then says “working..” and never shows folder. I’ll flag this for Paolo to see if he can connect, it might be my FTP client does not like ur site.
