Homepage and Add listing pages

1) Is it possible to have a homepage/location page similar to the one in the Supreme Directory Theme, but in Whoop?

2) I have created multiple CPTs on my website, and so far have individual “Add Listing” pages for each one of them (please see screenshot). However I was wondering if it’s possible to have just one Add Listing page to allow users to submit any type/category of listing?
