    Hi, how are you?

I am using the Whoop theme for the GeoDirectory site in a multisite network. The homepage turned out to be a blank and empty page for logged out users but when accessed and logged in as admin it is OK. Please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks again… Cheers!

    Best Regards,
    James

Hi James, I corrected your WP permalinks settings as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames

I also de-activated GD Booster which is not working for the moment. Looking at the sub-site list of pages it seems you are using WordFence caching which might be the reason that things give a 403 at times.

    Hi Guust,

Many thanks for your quick response. I thought I was told in this forum or somewhere else to always keep the GDBooster activated even though I did experience some problems earlier and had to clear the cache from time to time to ensure that the site was working.

If I am not mistaken, I was also told that Wordfence works with WP GeoDirectory and that I should not disable it? The site has been working though without any issue until this matter creeps up recently due to updates or something? So, should I keep the GDBooster activated, and is it a must?

Hmm… I thought I got the Permalinks correct earlier, and what was it before you corrected it? Once again, thank you so much for your help, and I greatly appreciate it. 🙂

    Best Regards,
    James

WordFence works with GD, but not the caching part. GD Booster is not a must but you should not run more than one caching at the same time.
The permalinks were set to something like /date/category/postname in the last option.
