Homepage should go to current location issue

    Recently moved my WP install in a folder, to have the site pointing at mysite.com, and WP install in mysite.com/brain.

    Everything looks ok minus one thing. I have a problem regarding “homepage should go to > current location. If I have that enabled as usual, when I choose a location and click the site logo I’m taken to “mysite.com/brain/location/region/city/” wich doesn’t exist, not “mysite.com/location/region/city/”
