How admin help user become listing owner?

Hi, if I, as an Admin, can confirm that a user is the listing owner, however the user needs me to help claim the listing for some reason (maybe technical issue, maybe too lazy, or whatever). How can we “assign” a listing to this user without having the user go through the normal claim listing procedure?
