How can I force acceptance of TOS?

    I have the page for TOS up and the link as well as the check box, but it is possible for visitors to simply check the box without going to the TOS page. I want them to view the TOS before allowing them to post a listing. Is the possible?

    You can post your rules at GD > design > listings > Terms and Conditions Content, instead of linking to another file.

    Thank you for the quick response! I wish it were that simple. Our TOS is actually a form and we require information to be gathered. Any ideas?

    Creating a TOS system that require information to be gathered requires a code customization.

    Or you can collect the data on registration using buddypress?

    Or you can add custom fields to the Add Listing form so you collect the data on submission?
