How Can I Piece Together a Flexible Locations Calendar?

I am not sure if GD can get there, but I have a challenge where I have a number businesses with fixed locations (Places). They are host to a number of traveling vendors who change locations anywhere from 1 to 3 times per day. The vendors know their schedules usually weeks ahead of time. The challenge is trying to find a way to get the vendors to post their schedules ahead of time and the general public can track their known host locations. Basically, I have 3 main variables needed to be posted: 1) host location 2) date 3) vendor. Specify any 2 and you can get the 3rd. Vendors would be responsible for keeping the schedules up to date through the front end.
Any ideas how this can be achieved?
