How can translate in spanish

    i download the file geodirlocation-es_MX.po open with poe editor and save, generate the geodirlocation-es_MX.mo, then upload in wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-languages

    i go the wp section /setting/general/languaje and dont see spanish languaje

    i the config.php don’t see the next line code

    define (‘WPLANG’, ”);

    to

    define (‘WPLANG’, ‘xx_XX’); <- Replace the xx_XX with your own language’s shortcode!

    You’re uploading your translation into the wrong folder. Try this: /wp-content/languages/plugins/

    You shouldn’t need to edit the config file.

    Review again step 4:
    Upload the GD languages files to /wp-content/languages/plugins/

    And step 5:
    go to Settings > General > Site language and select your language there.

    Have you cleared all your caches? And after you uploaded did you select your language like mentioned above?

    What is your language at Settings > General > Site language?
    Mexican Spanish or Spanish? I am guessing it is Spanish.
    Your languages files have to all be the same language extension.

    Try changing geodirlocation-es_MX.po to geodirlocation-es_ES.po

    Let us know.

    i download the file, here https://wpgeodirectory.com/translate/projects/geodirectory/es-mx/mx/
    use the export option and generate the .mo an .po file,

    i upload in wp-content/languages/plugins
    like geodirlocation-es_ES.mo and geodirlocation-es_ES.po

    and try too with geodirlocation-es_MX.mo geodirlocation-es_MX.po

    i go Settings > General > Site language and only english languaje see

    sorry i see the site in spanish now http://www.valladolidmagico.com and the languaje in setting is english, i understand ….sorry for my english
