How do Clients Access/Respons to Reviews

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi GD Support Team,

    I cannot for the life of me figure out:

    1) How clients can access and approve their reviews

    2) How (of if) they can respond to their reviews

    Help!
