How do i add bulk categories and sub-categories

    Hi. I want to add many categories and sub-categories at once. Is there a way of doing this using CSV or any other option?

    Unfortunately this is not possible via CSV or with any other tool. It should be done via SQL if you have knowledge with that.

    Hi,

    wp_terms like any category within wordpress and the icon which is the only other mandatory field is set in wp_options.

    option_name = tax_meta_gd_place_ID, the option_value is in an array.

    I’ll ask to Stiofan to confirm this, as I’ve personally never uploaded categories via sql.

    Setting the category via SQL is actually pretty complicated the category icons locations are in a steralized array value so at the moment there is not “easy” way to do it even via SQL.
